    The view is great. Unfortunately that's about it. Service was nice enough but was mostly lacking in attention and execution. Food ranged from Fair to Fine. In the beginning we were wondering why it wasn't very busy for a Saturday night but by the end we understood why. Disappointing.

    Such a disappointing experience. Waited 45 minutes after ordering our food in before a concert (having told the wait staff that we were attending a concert, and arriving 1 1/2 hours before to give us time). Had to ask five times where our food was, and eventually left, when we were told, for the fifth time "it's coming very soon". We ended up at the Opera Bar food area, and had a great meal, some beer and wine, and luckily got to our concert in time (just).

    Hopeless for a place directly connected to the Opera House not to be able to deliver in a specific timeframe.

    Could you give it Zero?  I think so!  The food was fine, the location is one of the best in the world however the wait staff destroyed a special evening.  Not happy Jan!  Best to expect poor service and you will not be disappointed.
